Naomi Sesay FRSA is a globally recognized diversity and inclusion strategist, international keynote speaker, author, property investor, serial entrepreneur, and founder of Matamp City—the first female-lens, bio-designed sustainable smart city in Sierra Leone. With more than 30 years of experience across television, media, corporate leadership, and social enterprise, she has devoted her career to unlocking human potential and driving systemic change.

Naomi began her career as a presenter, producer, and director at MTV Europe and later became one of the first producers of Channel 4’s Big Brother. As Channel 4’s Head of Creative Diversity, she developed diversity guidelines and helped shape landmark initiatives, including the Black to Front Project. 

Naomi has delivered diversity and inclusion training for Google, Amazon, Microsoft, YouTube, Deloitte, NBCUniversal, Harvard Medical School, UN Women, the Metropolitan Police, and the Cabinet Office. In 2015, she received the IDOX Award for Journalism for her community impact.

Naomi founded Swiipe Wealth, a financial-empowerment platform, and the Billionaire Ladies Club, a global network of women entrepreneurs transforming the world through wealth creation. Her workshops—including The Law of Intention Experience, Create Change, and Reality Check—have empowered corporate leaders, economically challenged women, and young people.

Naomi is the author of The Human Upgrade: The Power to Create Your Future, which explores personal transformation through quantum physics and lived experience. Her forthcoming book, The Human Upgrade: Mitochondrial Eve, examines human origin, potential, and purpose.

Her most ambitious venture, Matamp City, is a regenerative, eco-first smart city being developed in Sierra Leone with a global team of experts. Growing from a school Naomi built in the community, the project includes innovation and agricultural hubs already producing nutritious red rice for supply chains. It offers a prototype for future cities centered on equity, sustainability, and feminine strength—and answers the question: “What will you do to be a good ancestor?”

Naomi has addressed audiences at Warner Bros., Viacom, Heathrow, McCann, the IPA, and National Inclusion Week. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Brunel University London alumna.

Hailing from Pujehun, one of Sierra Leone’s major rice-growing districts, Mr. Bun Wai is a dedicated leader in agriculture, community development, and national unity. He currently heads the Tormabum Rice Project and leads the National Platform for Rice Value Chain Development, Sierra Leone’s national chapter of the ECOWAS Rice Observatory.

After serving for ten years with the United Nations, he returned home with a vision to organize communities, promote peace, and strengthen national cohesion. In 2023, he founded the Bo Festival Organization and has since successfully organized the Bo Homecoming Festival in 2024 and 2025. Through this initiative, he is helping to reconnect Sierra Leone’s diaspora with their homeland, fostering solidarity, collaboration, and shared prosperity.

Konda Mason is a social entrepreneur, earth and social justice activist, and spiritual teacher. She is the President of Jubilee Justice, Inc a nonprofit working to bring economic equity to BIPOC farmers and ecological sustainability by introducing an innovative way of growing rice, while convening deeply transformational journeys exploring the intersection of Land, Race, Money & Spirit. She is the Co-Founder and founding CEO of Impact Hub Oakland, and the Strategic Director of RUNWAY, a financial activist organization dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap for African American entrepreneurs. Additionally, Konda is the co-founder of the annual COCAP conference in Oakland, focused on “Building the We Economy” and a Just Transition. 
Konda was one of the co-founders and co-facilitator of The Well-Being In Business Lab - Oakland, a cross-sector initiative guiding prominent business owners, non-profit leaders, and government officials to a deeper level of intention within themselves and their businesses. 
Ms. Mason, along with her partners, actor Woody Harrelson and Laura Louie, owned the first home delivery service of organic food in the Los Angeles area and were the first to negotiate an organic food section in a major grocery store in 1997. In her work toward rebuilding a healthy planet, for many years Konda led eco-tourism trips to the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador in order to wake people up to become active stewards of this vital earth ecosystem.
In addition to her business pursuits, Konda is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher. She teaches classes, retreats, and daylongs. She is also an accomplished filmmaker and artist’s manager and the recipient of an Academy Award nomination and a Grammy Award winner.
